We all have stories to tell and I want to use my words to tell all the stories I can.

I grew up in rural Wisconsin, but I always knew I wanted more out of life. I would swing on my swing-set, dreaming of all the edges of the world I could visit. There was also the same urge to write; to tell everyone the stories I had cooking in my brain. I attempted to write my first novel when I was ten, a wonderfully, awful tale of a young woman who fell in love with a French ranch hand… It’s safe to say I knew very little about the French language, ranches, or love.

When I set off to college in 2015, I was determined to become a writer. I enrolled in the creative writing program, along with the journalism program as well. I spent my time exploring and writing, falling in love with my city. I found I loved going to DIY house shows in old Milwaukee basements. I enjoyed driving around the city all night, staring at the lights I was deprived of in the country.

Once I was out of school, I ventured into the world of science and astronomy. While I learned a lot from my time working in magazines, I moved my career over to TV news, where I worked as an Assignment Desk editor in the early mornings, assisting with the breaking news that happens overnight.

Now, I’m back in the realm of editing and working with writers with Wealth of Geeks. I love the different stories our talented writers work on and I love helping them craft their writing.

But outside of work, I’m always working on side-projects and finding new stories to tell. I enjoy writing about travel and writing as well, but my true love is telling stories from those who allow me to.

Please take some time to read my work, check out my playlists, and reach out to me if you have any questions!
